Dr. Hans V. Hansen is  is a Research Fellow of the Centre for Research in Reasoning, Argumentation and Rhetoric (CRRAR) at the University of Windsor, a co-editor of the journal Informal Logic published at the University of Windsor, and a co-organizer of eight of the nine biennial conferences of the Ontario Society for the Study of Argumentation (OSSA). He received his M.A. from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, and his Ph.D. from Wayne State University in Detroit. Currently, his interests are in the history of logic and ethics, and the philosophy of John Stuart Mill.
